The trouble with attempting to be on multiple platforms at once is that you forget them sometimes. I'm so bummed that half the people I follow on Tumblr seem to have left my favorite fandom that I go trawling around on other sites looking for replacements, but these spaces aren't quite as...developed? At least not for fandom, it seems. Anyway, I miss reading people's meta and analysis and opinions, so perhaps I will transfer some of my own to this site and hope someone replies. Could be a good time.

It's hard getting used to it! Every platform has a slightly different vibe. I like the one on here but it does take more effort because there's no hitting "like" or "reblog," and it's definitely not quite as easy to make connections or find your peeps.

Yeah, I'm mostly experimenting too, just putting some of my short one shot fics on here, and thinking about trying my hand at some original fic ideas. But mostly just messing around, getting Livejournal nostalgia feels and seeing how I like it.

Oh hey, welcome back! Fandom fractured again, I think, and no site has reached enough of a critical mass to carve out a truly thriving good niche for fandom.

The fandom for Rogue One seems to have faded across the board, unfortunately, but I expect some sort of revival when the Cassian series comes out.

Here's hoping! I think the fandom is still sort of there, on AO3 at least, but it's drifted a bit, true. Ah well, it was already a small fandom. Hopefully the Cassian show is awesome and brings in more people and content, rather than just alienate the existing fanbase and boring other people.In the meantime, I'll be in my corner, writing my little stories and trawling for fanart.
